🍓Spring is in the air! Which for me means I’m 🍓Spring is in the air! Which for me means I’m back to my breakfast bowl routine. Are you a berry fan? This is a great start to the day, packed with omega-3’s, fiber, and most of all FLAVOR! 💛

Strawberry chia breakfast bowl. Serves 2

Bottom layer 
1 cup plant-based milk
1/4 cup chia seeds

Top layer
5.3 oz or 2/3 cups plant-based yogurt, plain
1 cup strawberries
2 tablespoon agave or maple syrup (optional)
Extra berries for topping

Instructions
*Whisk milk and chia seeds, let set in fridge overnight, or at least 6 hours.
*Blend yogurt and berries, let set in fridge for at least 2 hours. I let it set overnight alongside the chia mixture.
*After setting, stir the chia mixture well. It might be lumpy. I usually give it a good stir after it’s been setting for 30 min to reduce lumps.
*Pour half the chia mixture into a bowl, top with half the berry mixture and 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave. Repeat in a second bowl with the the remaining. 
*Add extra berries or other toppings of choice. I often use shaved chocolate or coconut.

Who wants a cookie?! 🙋🏼‍♀️🍪 I’d s Who wants a cookie?! 🙋🏼‍♀️🍪 I’d say it’s unreal how good these are, but really it’s not. Being vegan is so easy, there’s nothing I miss or feel like I had to give up to live a plant-based lifestyle. Thanks to @unreal.snacks and other brands, I even can have peanut  coated candy.
